- IR35

Working as a contractor means you will not be directly employed by a client. Instead, you will work on specific engagements, each for a fixed duration through a contract for services. Except in cases where your contract is deemed to be inside IR35 (subject to UK off-payroll working rules), you will need to establish a limited liability company known as a personal service company (PSC) through which you will contract.
Once you are set with your limited company the next step would be to get in touch with a leading-edge recruitment firm such as NU Concept Solutions who can help to find you a suitable contract role.
Further information on setting up a limited liability company in England and Wales can be found here www.gov.uk/set-up-limited-company.
Unlock your potential: training and certifications
Whether you’re just making a start in the world of IT and you want to make an impression on potential employers or you’re an experienced IT professional looking to move on to the next level, then taking a recognised course or acquiring a professional certification can go a long way.
We encourage consultants who are new to Cloud or who want to showcase their capability to potential clients, to take relevant courses and certifications.
