All of our consultants and associates are evaluated for their suitability for specific roles. Similarly, our offshore resources are personally interviewed and taken through an induction programme in order to become accustomed to overseas working culture and expectations. All have a minimum of four years of relevant ERP experience and have worked on previous Cloud projects before working on any offshore Cloud based assignments.

Offshore consultants, whether part-time or full-time workers are set to work within core UK working hours and a nominated UK based account manager will be assigned to each project.
